Predefined metrics, such as Requisition Line Fulfilled Days, don't get refined when used with Spend Classification attributes because the Spend Classification integration is at the distribution level of each purchase requisition, purchase order, and invoice. If you use these attributes with predefined metrics, note that the attributes won't change the values of the metrics.
