Define a Supplier Content Map Set

Supplier Content Map Sets convert data received from suppliers for values used by the application for punchout and agreement upload. They map external values of supplier, supplier site, unit of measure, and category to the corresponding internal values in the applications.

Create a map set before creating the category map.

  2. Click Create in the Search Results region.

  3. Select the appropriate business unit from the Procurement BU list.

  4. Enter a name for the map set in the Map Set field.

  5. Enter a description in the Description field.

  6. Click Save and Close.

  7. Click OK on the confirmation dialog box.

  8. Click the Manage Maps icon in the Manage Maps column.

  9. Click the Create icon in the Create column in the Category row.
