How You Search for Requisition Lines Using Requisition Lines Descriptive Flexfields

On the Process Requisitions page, you can filter requisitions to be processed into purchase orders using requisition line descriptive flexfields.

To search for requisition lines using global and context-sensitive descriptive flexfields, use the Advanced Search option on the Process Requisitions page. To add the context-sensitive segments to the search panel, use the Add Fields option after selecting a value for the context segment.

Here are some of the considerations for using the Search Requisitions by Line Descriptive Flexfields as a Buyer feature:

• The Additional Line Information column on the Process Requisitions Search Results table displays the global descriptive flexfields from the requisition line.
• The Additional Details column on the Search Results table displays the matched values of global and context-sensitive descriptive flexfields from the requisition line.
• The Additional Requisition Information column on the Process Requisitions Search Results table displays global descriptive flexfields from the requisition header.
