How You Use the Perform Purchasing Processes Schedule Job

You have to submit the request for the SchedulePoJobs process only once when you navigate to Purchase Orders or Purchase Agreements page. The request for the SchedulePoJobs process takes care of automatic scheduling for these processes:

SyncKeywordSearchJob	Runs once daily at 12:00 a.m. UTC Needed for rebuilding the text indexes used for Keyword Search
UpdateKeywordSearchJob	Runs every 30 minutes Needed for building the text indexes used for Keyword Search, based on updates
PurgeRecentActivitiesJob	Runs once daily at 12:00 a.m.UTC Needed to purge rows displayed in the Recent Activities infolet if there are more than 25 activities. This infolet can show maximum 25 entries. Needed to purge interface data older than 30 days that's used for staging the POs during the Requisition to PO conversion.
ProcessSignatureStatusJob	Runs every 30 minutes Needed for automatically process documents that are in sent for signature status to synchronize it accordingly with DocuSign envelop status Note: This job will be scheduled only if the Enable Electronic Signature for Procurement Documents feature is enabled.
