Set Up an Agreement to Notify Agents about the Agreement Expiry

To set up an agreement to notify agents about the agreement expiry, follow these steps:

  1. Use the Purchase Agreements work area to create a new agreement or edit an existing one.
  2. On the agreement's Controls tab, in the Notification Controls section, add a new row to the table.
  3. In the Condition column, select Expiration.
  4. Use the Start Date and End Date fields to define a period for notifying agents about the agreement expiry.
  5. Click Save.
