Why is the charge account not displayed on the Cart Requisition Summary page?

In the Oracle Responsive Self Service Procurement application, the charge account information is displayed according to these parameters:

• If a requisition is costed to a project, the application doesn’t display charge account information in the Cart RequisitionSummary, instead only project and task details are displayed.
• If a requisition isn’t costed to a project, the charge account will be displayed in the requisition summary.
