How You Work with Vacation Rules
You can define a vacation rule to manage notifications when you’re away. You can reassign or delegate a task to another user to act on your behalf.
To create a vacation rule:
- Login with the administrator related privileges to the BPM Worklist and create a rule.
- In the rule, select the Use as vacation rule checkbox.
- Reassign or delegate the action to a new user.
- Select the duration for which you want the rule to be active.
- Save the rule.
