Re-Create Keyword Search
Use the Re-Create Keyword Search scheduled process to drop and recreate the keyword search index and refresh the list of autosuggestions.
When to Use
Use this process when the keyword search fails to find newly created purchasing documents or suppliers. The process drops the keyword search indexes for Oracle Purchasing or Oracle Supplier Model. Once dropped, this process recreates the index and refreshes the list of autosuggestions. You can search the newly created values after the process finishes.

- You can view the status of the process in the Scheduled Processes work area.
