What can I do if my requisition remains in pending approval status for a long time?

If your requisition is in pending approval status for a long time and none of the approvers have received a notification to approve it, you must review the approval errors on the Action Details page.

To view the Action Details page, click the Pending approval link on the Manage Requisitions, View Requisition Details, or Home page.

On the Action Details page, you can review the issue occurred during the approval processing in the Approval Process Error Details section. You can then share the details with your administrator, who can use the information to review and recover the transaction using Transaction Console.
