When does Transaction Account Builder trigger for a purchase order?

Transaction Accounting Builder is called to build and populate the charge account in these cases:

• At save time, if the account hasn’t been manually entered.
• After the initial save, if the these fields are updated: Item, Organization, Category, Destination Type, Subinventory, Requester, and Project attributes.
• When you select Rebuild Accounts.
