Why don't the requisition line status and action required status reflect the latest details on the My Requisitions page?

The application syncs the status and details of the approved downstream events into the requisition index at certain events or when you run the ESS job to run Bulk ingest to OSCS process.

To ensure that all the requisition lines display their accurate status and details of the approved downstream events, you must schedule this process to run periodically:

• Process Name: ESS job to run Bulk ingest to OSCS.
• Parameter Value for Program Name to run Bulk Ingest: prc_por_downstream.

Note: You must run the process at least once daily. To further reduce the delays in syncing, consider running the process at shorter intervals.
