TECHNICAL_SCORING_STATUS	VARCHAR2	30			Status of the scoring progress of the team member for the response during technical stage. The possible values are NOT_STARTED, IN_PROGRESS, SUBMITTED. Populated only for 2 stage negotiations.
INTERNAL_NOTE	VARCHAR2	4000			Internal note entered by the team member for each response
LAST_SCORING_DATE	DATE				Time at which the team member last updated the scores of a response
OBJECT_VERSION_NUMBER	NUMBER		9	Yes	Used to implement optimistic locking. This number is incremented every time that the row is updated. The number is compared at the start and end of a transaction to detect whether another session has updated the row since it was queried.
