POQ_REMOVED_QUESTIONS

POQ_REMOVED_QUESTIONS stores all the questions that are removed from the questionnaire while customizing the questionnaire for a given initiative. The removed questions can be restored back into the questionnaire before the initiative is launched. Since questionnaire cannot be customized after the launch, removed questions are deleted from this table after launch.
