SYNC_REQ_FLAG	VARCHAR2	1			This flag indicates if question mapped to this attribute needs to be synced up with source or not. If this flag is set, system will compare question definition with source to make sure it is consistent with source.
RULE_SET_ATTR_CODE	VARCHAR2	30			A column that indicates which set of attributes for rule sets does this attribute belong to. Possible values are RULE_CONDITION to indicate attribute appears in the list of response dependent attributes, MAPPED_QUESTION to indicate questions mapped to an attribute has to be shown on select and add questions popup.
REG_READ_ONLY_FLAG	VARCHAR2	1			A column to indicate if the question mapped to this supplier attribute appears as read only on the supplier registration questionnaire. The responses will not be passed to update supplier profile upon the approval of the supplier registration.

CREATED_BY	VARCHAR2	64		Yes	Who column: indicates the user who created the row.
