When can you edit a requisition line?

You can edit a requisition line only if you are the preparer of the requisition.

You won’t be able to edit the requisition line if any of these conditions is true:

• The requisition line is in Canceled or Order Canceled status.
• The requisition line is placed on a purchase order and you don’t have the Change Purchase Order as Procurement Requester privilege.

When you try to edit a requisition line, depending on the requisition line status, you will notice these flows:

Requisition Line Status	Edit Function
Draft, Withdrawn, Rejected, or Returned	Editable lines are loaded to the cart.
Pending Approval or Approved	You are prompted to first withdraw the line.
Ordered	You are prompted to create a change order for the PO. If the requisition line is on a purchase order, then you can't edit the requisition line. You must submit a purchase order change order.
