Set Up Elastic Search for Agreement LOV

To use the Agreement LOV in the Responsive Self Service Procurement application, you must set up elastic search.

If you are enabling the responsive application for the first time, to use the Agreement LOV, perform these steps:

1. Navigate to Tools>Scheduled Processes.
2. Click Schedule New Process.
3. Submit this scheduled process:
   • Process Name: ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS
   • Parameter Value for Index Name to Reingest: fa-prc-pa
