Document History

Document history is a view of a sequential list of all actions that were performed on a given requisition.

You can view a list of actions performed on a requisition, including the type of action and when and by whom they were performed. The document history can include approvals, orders associated with the requisition, any changes processed on the orders, and other actions, including cancellation or returned requisition by the buyer.

The document history includes these actions taken on the requisition:

  • Requisition submission

  • Requisition Cancellation

  • Approval actions such as approve, reject, request more information, or reassigning the approval request to others

  • Buyer modifications to the requisition

  • Downstream document events, including purchase orders, change orders, or transfer order creation

You can view the document history from the actions available on the My Requisitions page for the requisitions or from the actions available when viewing requisition details.

The Document History page captures these details:
  • Action Performed

  • User who performed the action

  • Additional Information

  • User Comments

  • Action Timestamps

  • Purchase Order
  • Change Order
  • Transfer Order
