PeriodicDetail	Project Pricing Periodic Detail Input	Grouping of periodic lines for the resource.
ResourceElementId	long	Identifier of the planning resource in the primary resource breakdown structure for which costs are calculated. You must enter either ResourceElementId or ResourceName.
ResourceName	string	Name or alias of the planning resource in the primary resource breakdown structure for which costs are calculated. You must enter either ResourceElementId or ResourceName. This value is not used if the ResourceElementId is provided.
