What are the project spending statuses?

The following table describes the spending status of an award project. The status indicates whether an award project is underspending, overspending, or on track:

Project Spending Status	Description
Underspending	Award projects that are at spending risk with the assigned budget amount considering the budget spent till the current budget period.
Overspending	Award projects that are overspending the assigned budget amount considering the budget spent till the current budget period.
On track	Award projects that are spending within the threshold limit the assigned budget amount considering the budget spent till the current budget period.
