How can I get access to a business unit to create an award and contract?

When you create an award, a contract is automatically created in Enterprise Contracts. To create a contract, you must be defined as a user in Customer Relationship Management with the Contract Administrator resource role in the same business unit as the contract.

If you aren't already defined as a user in Customer Relationship Management, then your implementation administrator can identify you as a user and assign the Contract Administrator resource role to you using the Manage Resources task in the Setup and Maintenance work area.
