How does the budgetary control engine sort transactions?

The budgetary control engine processes transactions in the order in which they are passed, without sorting them.

For example, consider the following batch, which contains two transactions:

  • Project Cost 13030 for $75000 (with burden of $28875)
  • Project Cost 13031 for $1000 (with burden of $385)

In this case, the budgetary control engine processes Project Cost 13030 first, and then Project Cost 13031.
