Generate a Change Order from a Project Issue

You can generate a change order from a project issue using Oracle AI.

Project team members create issues as needed, which are then reviewed by the project manager. If a change order is needed, the project manager can generate it directly from the information in the issue and make changes.

  1. In the Project Management work area, open an issue.
  2. Click Initiate Change Order.
  3. Review the generated change order and update the details.
  4. Change the details or information in the issue and click Regenerate until you're happy with the generated change order.
  5. Save.

Results:

The change order includes the budget and forecast impact and also detailed impacts if there's a baseline budget version.
