This table lists the new privileges for the Project Financial Management offering.

Granted Role	Privilege	Description
Labor Distribution Administrator	Use REST Service - Generic Costing for Labor Distribution Read Only	Allows Labor Distribution users to call the GET method associated with the generic costing REST Service.
Project Administrator	Manage Project Change Orders User Service	Allows access to the project change orders service for creating, updating, or deleting change orders for business users like a project manager or a project administrator.
Project Manager	Manage Project Change Orders User Service	Allows access to the project change orders service for creating, updating, or deleting change orders for business users like a project manager or a project administrator.
Team Collaborator	Manage Project Change Orders User Service	Allows access to the project change orders service for creating, updating, or deleting change orders for business users like a project manager or a project administrator.
