Why are users unable to see project templates when they try to create a project?
Users without data security permissions assigned to their profiles can't view project templates.
To add data security to a user’s profile:
- Navigate to Setup and Maintenance and search for and select the Manage Data Access for Users task.
- In the Manage Data Access for Users page, click Create and add Business Units or Project Owning Organization security for Project Administrator Role.
- Save the changes.
- Sign out from the application and sign in again.
