Why are users unable to see project templates when they try to create a project?

Users without data security permissions assigned to their profiles can't view project templates.

To add data security to a user’s profile:

  1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance and search for and select the Manage Data Access for Users task.
  2. In the Manage Data Access for Users page, click Create and add Business Units or Project Owning Organization security for Project Administrator Role.
  3. Save the changes.
  4. Sign out from the application and sign in again.
