- Click Next.
- In the Functional Security Policies page that appears, click Add Function Security Policy to display the Add Function Security Policy modal.
- Search and add the Review Project Performance (PJS_REVIEW_PROJECT_PERFORMANCE_PRIV) functional security policy and click Add Privilege to Role. Click Cancel after adding the role to close the modal.
- Click Next.
- In the Data Security Policies page that appears, click Create Data Security Policy. The Create Data Security Policy modal appears.
- Enter a Policy Name for the new data security policy.
- Click the Search icon adjacent to the Data Resource field.
- In the Search Data Resources modal that appears, search for PJF_PROJECTS_ALL_VL, select the Project for Table PJF_PROJECTS_ALL_VL option, and click OK.
- In the Data Set field, select Select by instance set.
- In the Condition Name field, select Access the projects for table PJF_PROJECTS_ALL_VL for the projects that are part of the program hierarchy.
- In the Actions field, select Review Project Performance and click OK.
- Click Next in the Data Security Policies page.
- Use the Role Hierarchy page to manage child roles associated with the new custom role that you created.
- Click Next. The Users page appears.
- Use the Add Users button to assign this new role to users as required.
- Click Next.
- Use the Summary page that appears to review the changes you made. You should have added one functional security policy and one data security policy. Once you are satisfied with your updates, click Submit and Close.
The custom role is now created. Assign this role to additional users if required, to enable them to drill down directly from the Analysis page to the Review Project Performance page.
