AwardId	long	Unique Id to be associated with an award budget
AwardNumber	string	Along with awardid, awaard number will be used to create an award budget
ErrorCode	string	Error code to identify the error.
ErrorMessage	string	Error message displayed to the user.
ErrorType	string	The type of the error.
FinancialPlanType	string	Financial Plan Type of the created budget version.
FirstLevelResource	string	first level resource name
FundingSourceId	long	Unique id for a funding source for an award.
FundingSourceName	string	Along with funding source id, funding source name will be used in creating a budget associated to funding source.
FundingSourceNumber	string	Along with funding source id, funding source number will be used in creating a budget associated to funding source.
PeriodName	string	The period name for which the error appears.
PlanVersionName	string	The name of the plan version created.
ProjectName	string	Project name of the created budget version.
RbsElementId	long	Identifier of the resource element for which the error occurred.
