View Burden Schedules

Burden schedules are associated with awards and award projects.

To view the details of the burden schedule that's assigned to an award:

  1. On the Edit Award Details page, click the Financial tab.

  2. Click the View Burden Schedule icon.

You can assign a different burden schedule to the award project and to tasks within the award project, including the top or lowest-level task.

To view the details of the burden schedule that's assigned to an award project:

  1. On the Manage Award Projects page, expand the award project.

  2. Click the Financial tab.

  3. Click the View Burden Schedule icon.

When viewing burden schedules for tasks, the application shows the burden schedule that is assigned directly to the task, or inherited from a parent task or award.
