Why did the assistant ask me to clarify my request?

The assistant asks for clarification when a value could match more than one object.

For example, a request such as:

Show me exceptions for Smith

can refer to a worker, project, supplier, customer, or another entity.

A clearer request is:

Show me exceptions for worker Smith

or

Show me exceptions for project Smith
