Accepts the transaction key values that help in identifying a condition that is applied against the corresponding transaction. Also accepts the business rules such as Prevent Inspection Schedule, Prevent Inspection Resulting and so on. The process returns a result that displays if there is a condition applied with a severity of Lock or Hold.
