Viewing Reference Entity Details

Agency staff can review the details for the reference entities in the system.

Note:

The reference entity functionality is for internal testing and demonstration. Reference entities are planned for support in a future release.

Reference entity details include entity data, such as location and contact information, as entered on the entity forms set up for the different reference entity types. For more information, see Setting Up Reference Entity Types.

The page is generally described in the surrounding text. The reference entity name, automatically generated ID, type, and reference entity category and subcategory appear in the banner information.

Click the navigation links in the left-hand panel to view the detail pages. In this example, you can view this information:

• Overview

• Reference Entity Details

  This page displays any custom fields associated with the reference entity, based on the reference entity type definition.

• Contacts

• Address and Location

The general information available on the Overview page includes the following:

• Status - The status of the reference entity.

• Submitted By and Creation Date - The agency staff who submitted the data and timestamp.

• Description - The description that was entered on the data entry form.
