PROJECT_CODE	VARCHAR2	30		Yes	Unique code to identify a project. This will be an alphanumeric number generated by the auto number generator.
RECORD_KEY	NUMBER		18	Yes	Unique identifier for the record transaction.
RECORD_ID	VARCHAR2	50			A logical id for the License and Permits transaction.
CLASSIFICATION	VARCHAR2	3		Yes	Indicates type of record (LIC, PMT, or PZ).
OBJECT_VERSION_NUMBER	NUMBER		9	Yes	Used to implement optimistic locking. This number is incremented every time that the row is updated. The number is compared at the start and end of a transaction to detect whether another session has updated the row since it was queried.
