Working with Case Timeline
With case timeline, you can view all the Code Enforcement activities associated with a particular case in a chronological order. You can drill down for additional information for each event or filter the timeline to show by event types.
The Case Timeline shows a list of code enforcement case events in a chronological order with the newest on top. The event types include:

Appeal

Case created
-
Hearing
-
Case updated
-
Inspection
-
Notice
-
Fee paid
-
Incident reported
Viewing a Case Timeline
The Timeline page shows the list of all the time-based events for the case. You can view the case timeline and perform actions on the Timeline page.

From the Permitting and Licensing homepage, select the Cases tile.

On the Cases page, click the row for the case you want to access.

Click Timeline in the left panel to open the list of case events.

Print Timeline |
Select the button to print a copy of the current timeline. |

Select Event Type |
Select the button to open the Event Types drawer. Select the check boxes for the events you want included in the timeline. |

List View |
Display the case events in a list view. The details displayed include the date and time, the event type, case status, name of the agent who created or updated the event, and the reason or description of the event. Click the links at the bottom of each row to go to the associated pages or open a drawer to view the details. |

Display the case events in a horizontal timeline view. The date range is set to start from 30 days before the initial event and to end 30 days after the last event. |
