Interact with Oracle AI Agents from Microsoft Teams

You can now integrate Microsoft Teams with AI Agent Studio, and enable users to access Oracle AI agents from Microsoft Teams. This integration uses OAuth 2.0 and JWT bearer assertion to ensure user identity and data security access across Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and Microsoft accounts.

Users can interact with Oracle AI agents from within the chat experience of Microsoft Teams instead of accessing agents from Fusion Applications.

Steps to Enable and Configure

Here are the integration steps:

• Configure Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Identity and Access Management and Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
• Register and deploy Microsoft Teams bot.
• Distribute Microsoft Teams application manifest to users.
• Users log into Microsoft Teams, select the appropriate Oracle AI Agent, and begin their interaction directly from within Microsoft Teams.
