Redwood appearance editor: Override accessibility checks and use as primary color
For Redwood themes with custom colors that don't pass the defined color contrast accessibility requirements, you now have the option to override the checks. You can then use the color as the primary color for your theme.
You can now display your exact brand color in Fusion Applications, even though it doesn't meet the contrast requirements.
Steps to enable and configure
To apply the Redwood theme with your brand color:
-
In Sandboxes, create a sandbox or enter an existing one. Make sure the sandbox has the Appearance tool. Don't include spaces or special characters in the sandbox name.
-
From the sandbox Tools menu, select Appearance.
-
Create or edit a Redwood theme with your brand color.
-
Select the Override accessibility checks and use primary color checkbox.
- Apply the theme and publish the sandbox.
