Manage AI unit budget, consumption, and controls

You can now manage AI unit budgets and monitor consumption across your organization from a single workspace. Administrators can set a budget for a defined time period, allocate AI units across Applications and Agents, monitor consumption against those budgets, and take action when usage approaches or reaches configured limits. They can also review historical consumption to understand the applications, agents, users, models, and actions driving AI unit usage.

Use these capabilities to manage AI unit budgets, monitor consumption, and control usage across your organization:

  • Set a total AI unit budget and budget period.
  • Reserve aggregate budgets for applications, agents, and assign budgets to individual applications or agents.
  • Monitor consumption and remaining budget at the total, application, agent, and individual allocation levels.
  • Configure warning thresholds and notification recipients.
  • Enable auto-stop to prevent new runs when a selected budget is exhausted.
  • Stop or resume all items when immediate operational control is required, including options to stop only new sessions or also stop all running sessions.
  • Review alert history and change log entries for threshold events, budget changes, and control actions.
  • Analyze historical monthly consumption by application, user, or model, with drilldowns into the action types and model types contributing to AI unit usage.
