Project Program Analysis and Action Plan Generation

Welcome to the demo of Project Program Analysis and Action Plan Generation in Oracle Project Management within Oracle's Fusion Cloud ERP.

This demo shows you how AI powered analysis can add value by increasing your productivity.

I'm logged in as Peter. Peter begins on Headlines page to review the performance of the Telecom Network Expansion Program. Peter needs to review the performance of each of the projects and then identify the next steps to ensure program success which can take a lot of time. Peter Clicks on Insights button to utilize Oracle AI capabilities where Oracle AI analyses key performance measures to generate easy to consume insights while also identifying the top projects which requires Peter's attention. In this case, 3 projects, which were impacting program performance have been highlighted with a brief easy to understand summary and actionable recommendations. After going through recommendations, Peter decides to act on Energy Efficiency Initiatives project. Peter Clicks on Actions button to view the supported actions.

Peter Clicks on Add to Watchlist to add the project to the watchlist.

Next, he Clicks on View Details to see the detailed analysis of the project and its impact on program. Peter can view the project information in a tabular format while viewing the direct impact on program. He can also drill down to Review Project Performance page with existing supported capability. With Click on Back button, Peter can quickly navigate back to Insights.

Peter Clicks on Create Action Plan to further take actions on recommendation.

With the description pre-populated, Peter decides on a title and assign the action plan to Abraham who is the project manager for this project and Click on Continue. The recommendations are auto added as action items and pre-assigned to Abraham. Satisfied with the created action items. Peter Clicks on Save.

In seconds, Peter was able to review the program situation and take actions, which could have taken hours.

Now, Peter can also utilize the existing Oracle AI capability to quickly share a program status summary with new action plan in place with a click of a button.
