Project Program Status Summary Generation

Welcome to the demo of Project Program Status Summary Generation in Oracle Project Management within Oracle's Fusion Cloud ERP.

This demo shows you how AI powered project program status summary generation can add value by increasing your productivity. I begin on the Headlines page for the Telecom Network Expansion Program. Here, I quickly review key cost-specific measures.

I click on Action Plan tab to review the active Action Plans, You'll notice two active action plans: Digital Channel Uptake and Margin Analysis.

Next, I click on Communications tab to share the latest updates with stakeholders. I click on the Monthly Status Report to open the report, which already has program data pre-populated. I click on the Generate button to generate program executive update. The system reviews core goals, analyzes over 160 performance measures across programs and projects, assesses the key projects needing my attention, and incorporates active action plan data to generate a comprehensive Program Executive Update.

I will now review the generated summary and highlight key points.

Finally, I click on Publish Report to share these final updates with stakeholders. A confirmation indicates that the report has been successfully published.
