This demo shows you how the Redwood user experience allows you to view the audit trail of measure updates directly from a cell to enhance your business.
To access the supply chain planning Redwood user experience, navigate to the Oracle Fusion Cloud supply chain planning work area and select the supply chain planning module.
Once selecting the supply chain planning module, the last plan you worked on will be opened by default. Now, we want to open a table and view the audit trail on a specific cell. To do so, click on the Plus sign.
In the Visualization tab, search for the table you wish to open. The selected table is now opened and we can start working on it.
Edit a specific cell. In our example, we are editing AS35001 item and EXDMQA:003 organization in September 2029.
After editing with a value of 500, we need to click on the Save button to save the updated data.
Once data was saved, we will open the audit trail drawer by right click on the updated cell and selecting the view audit trail option from the menu.
In the audit trail drawer in the right side of the screen, we can view the audit details for the update we did.
After refreshing the table, we can see the value was changed from 500 to 550 in the cell we updated. Let's look inside the audit trail to view the latest updates related to that specific cell.
We will select the cell and this time, let's open the audit drawer from the Actions menu.
In the audit trail, we can see the two updates were done after we updated the cell with the value 500. The last update was done by the scp_dm_user by importing data from Excel.
This concludes this presentation. Thank you for watching.
