View On-hand by LPN using Stocking Inquiry
Welcome to training for Oracle Cloud Advanced Inventory Management in Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud. In this demonstration, we will talk about viewing on hand by LPN on the mobile stocking inquiry.
We will begin the demonstration by navigating to the Quick Actions for mobile stocking inquiry. To view on hand for the LPN use during put away, we will select the organization which has been enabled for LPN in advanced inventory parameters. For an LPN-enabled organization, you can now find on hand by LPN in addition to searching on hand by item and location.
We will scan the LPN which were used during put away. The LPN card indicates the status of the LPN and the number of items contained in the LPN. Let's click on one of the cards to view the details associated with an LPN. This indicates the quantity of the item within the LPN.
Click on the serial number to view the serial details, and on the load to view the load details of the item in the LPN. Click on the summary tab to view the status of the LPN and the location details for it. Let's now search on hand for an item by using the item dropdown.
We'll scan the item number. This brings up all the locations which contain the hand quantity for an item, or the locations which are associated to an item number. Notice the pack tags for the subinventories and the locators which are enabled for LPN.
You can also view the available quantity for an item at a specific location, along with on hand quantity for it. Clicking on a specific location brings up the LPN available for the item in the location. You can view the contents of the LPN in the Item tab and the quantities associated to the item.
Let's now enter a serial number to find the location for a specific serial number. This brings up the location of the serial number and the quantity of the item available in that location. You can use talking inquiry to view on hand by location. Use the advanced option to search on hand for an item by a specific project, task, or country of origin. This concludes the demonstration. Thank you for listening.
