Launch User Experience Improvements

The following UX improvements have been made to enhance the modeling experience for various user personas:

Defaulting the Initiative for catalog definitions with the active or most recent one that the user is working on with the ability to change at the time of entity creation.
Ability to create attributes at the time of product specification creation. If you do not find the attribute you are looking for you can now create the attribute at the time of Specification creation.
Ability to clone an Active or Launched product specification. You can now create a new spec from an existing one along with its associations.
Ability to search and select multiple attributes at the time of Product Specification association. You can now retrieve multiple attributes to be associated to a Product Specification in one go.
Ability to confirm and publish from the Initiative details page. You can now carry out the confirm and publish actions without navigating back to the Initiative list page.
Offer canvas improvements - You can now view details of the bundle, carry out actions such as editing, revising and cloning from the canvas page view.
Marketing Manager persona role to be restricted to only creation of bundles, promotions and its pricing (overrides) only. They will not have the ability to create/update/revise/retire.
