New "How Do I..." Help Center Tab
A new "How Do I... " Help Center tab is available to answer your most common questions about Enterprise Data Management.
The new "How Do I... " Help Center tab lists easy, common, and necessary tasks for setting up your EPM Cloud environment and Enterprise Data Management (EDM) application. Select a topic from the Help Center tab to find answers to your questions. The topics are organized with:
- A list of the easy, common, and necessary tasks, starting with the most common, initial tasks displayed first (from top left column to bottom right column)
- Relevant documentation in multiple guides
- Relevant documentation, videos, and tutorials displayed together
- Additional troubleshooting and best practice content
For example, to answer the question "How do I configure security?", you can select the Configure Security and Access topic that links to 10 different guides plus relevant videos and troubleshooting topics.
Business Benefit: The "How Do I..." Help Center tab enables you to quickly access the information you need to use Enterprise Data Management.
