New ruleStatus Parameter for the validateModel EPM Automate Command

A new ruleStatus optional parameter has been added to the validateModel command. This parameter helps you to exclude rules from model validation based on their status.By default, the command will validate all rules; you can opt to validate enabled or disabled rules as needed.

Business Benefit: This new parameter brings this command on par with the rule validation from Enterprise Profitability screen and allows you to exclude rules from the validation process. For example, if rules are not yet complete, you can opt to validate only the enabled rules while validating models.
