Inclusive Ancestors Option for Generational Extracts

Generational extracts provide the option to output the bottom nodes of each hierarchy branch in the Ancestor columns separately from the Node columns in the extract file format. The Inclusive Ancestors parameter can be configured for an extract to produce this type of output when necessary.
