Notification Policies Include Support for Consolidated Requests

Notification policies now enable policy users to be notified when a request is consolidated into another request. The Notify on Status Change parameter on a notification policy can be configured in the Policy inspector to allow notification for consolidated requests. When a request is consolidated, an email is sent to the users of the policy to make them aware that the request items in that request were added to a different request. Notified users can navigate from the email to the request for more details.

Business Benefit: Users who do not participate in the submission or approval of requests can be notified of requests that are consolidated into other requests to track the progress of the changes from those requests.
