User Favorites for Quick Access to Perform Recurring Tasks

Users can declare specific viewpoints, viewpoint queries, request activity filters, and transaction history filters as favorites for easy access to perform repeated tasks. When a user is working with one of these objects, they can add it as a favorite for reuse at a later time. A Favorites menu is available in the global header at the top of the user interface to quickly access a favorite viewpoint, query, or filter. Favorites are specific to an individual user and can be renamed or deleted by them as necessary.

Business Benefit: Users can quickly access frequently used viewpoints, viewpoint queries, saved request filters, and saved transaction filters with favorites.
