Transient Text Option for Data Type Property in Cloud EPM Applications

The Transient Text option has been added to the allowed values for the Data Type property used in various Oracle Cloud EPM applications. The Data Type property is used by the following Cloud EPM business processes:

• FreeForm
• Planning
• Planning Modules
• Financial Consolidation and Close
• Tax Reporting

Business Benefit: The Transient Text data type is used by Oracle Cloud EPM applications to show data provenance in Smart View form cells and reports as well as provide explanations for multivariate predictions.
