New userLoginReport EPM Automate Command

This new command generates the User Login Report, which contains information on the users who accessed the environment within a specified date range. The report lists the user name, IP address of the device used to access the environment, and the date and time (UTC) at which the user accessed the environment.

This command provides an alternative to generating the User Login Report from the Access Control screen.
