REST APIs for Importing and Exporting Configurable Consolidation Rulesets

You can now use REST APIs in Financial Consolidation and Close to export Configurable Consolidation rulesets from an application and import them into a different application. The rulesets are exported and imported as XML files, and you can edit the files in a text editor.
