Pending ARCS Jobs Metrics Added to the Activity Report

To improve visibility into job queuing behavior within the Account Reconciliation application, new runtime metrics have been added to the Activity Report.

  • ARCS Pending Jobs in 1 Day – Total number of Account Reconciliation jobs that entered a pending state in the past 24 hours.
  • ARCS Pending Jobs in 30 Days – Cumulative total of Account Reconciliation jobs that entered a pending state over the past 30 days.

Business Benefit:   These metrics enable you to detect performance issues, optimize job scheduling, and take timely corrective actions. This enhancement supports better workload distribution, improved system reliability, and more efficient reconciliation cycles.
