Security Settings Supported in Data Integration

You can now enable and disable Location Security using the new Security Setting page in Data Integration. In addition, you can assign role access to various report groups.

Applies to: Account Reconciliation, Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management, Financial Consolidation and Close, FreeForm, Planning, Tax Reporting

The Security Setting option can be accessed by selecting Security Settings from the Actions menu on the Data Integration home page.

Business Benefit: You can define location security and report group role security settings as needed to accommodate various business needs in Data Integration. Previously, location security and report group role security setting could only be specified in Data Management.
